We specialise in new erection, reconstruction, and additions & alterations that are tailored to fit your home goals, whether you’re starting from scratch or reshaping what’s already there.
What types of properties do you work on?
We primarily work on landed residential properties—terrace, semi-detached, detached, and Good Class Bungalows (GCBs). If your project is more specialised, feel free to reach out and we’ll advise accordingly.
How do I start a project with YouBuild?
It starts with a conversation. Share your vision and timeline with us, whether you already have an architect or need one, and we’ll guide you through feasibility checks, planning approvals, and a clear construction plan.
Can YouBuild help with design and materials selection?
Yes, we collaborate closely with your architect or interior designer to ensure the chosen materials align with the build requirements and budget. We also advise on finishes and construction methods for durability and quality.
Do you provide turn-key solutions?
While our primary expertise is in construction, we work with trusted partners to deliver end-to-end solutions. This includes sourcing consultants, handling authority submissions, and post-completion rectifications.
What kind of build quality can I expect?

How long does the typical project take?
Depending on the scale, a full rebuild can take 12–18 months, while smaller A&A works may take 6–10 months. We provide a detailed timeline before commencement and keep you updated throughout.
How do you handle project management?
Every project is assigned a dedicated site supervisor and project manager who oversee day-to-day execution and coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities to avoid delays.
Will I get regular updates?
Yes, we believe in transparency. Expect regular photo updates, progress reports, and site meetings—especially at key milestones like structural completion, M&E installation, and finishing stages.
Do I need URA or BCA approval for my project?
Most rebuilds or significant A&A works will require submissions to URA, BCA, and other agencies. We work with qualified architects and engineers to handle all the necessary approvals on your behalf.
What happens if there’s a neighbour dispute?
We pre-emptively handle neighbour issues by notifying adjacent owners, conducting pre-construction surveys, and ensuring compliance with party wall and setback regulations.
